4. Duplicate or Excess Payment

1. In case of duplicate or excess payment due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Online Courses & Digital Content

1. Fees paid for online courses, recorded sessions, digital content, PDFs, or downloadable materials are strictly non-refundable once access is provided.

1. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
2. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
